Using the conference room
General Instructions
Please enter the room using your full name and where you are from. Remember this is a private room and anyone here is here by invitation only.
When you open the room you will see the default screen for the room that you are in
.
Using The Chat Room Features
If you have a microphone look down to the bottom left corner of the screen. There you will see a TALK NOW Button. Simply hover your mouse arrow over the Button and press and hold your left mouse key while speaking. Release your mouse button when finished.
If you do not have a microphone, you can type your questions or comments using the text chat window you see on the bottom right of the screen.

Point your mouse arrow anywhere in the box and click your left mouse button. Then type in your message and press the enter key on your keypad and your message will then appear just above that box.
While waiting for the conference to start test your microphone or the text chat. The folks in here are friendly and will return your greeting.
If you are attending the public conference room, instead of my own personal private room please watch your manners. This is not a room for networking you program. This is a room to listen, learn and ask questions
To learn more about Hot Conference, you are welcome to view the slide presentation. It is more effective when you visit one of our scheduled presentations because you then get the full effect of audio, video, and in real time conferencing.
